HODL Assets Acquires CoinLinked, a Crypto-Commerce Firm Through Its NFT Aggregator Platform

CoinLinked, a crypto-commerce company, has been purchased by HODL Assets, a non-fungible tokens (NFTs) marketplace, for an unknown sum.

  • CoinLinked is being purchased by HODL Assets in order to "streamline the crypto-commerce process" and incorporate the platform's social elements into its existing technology.
  • Jenny Ta, the creator and CEO of CoinLinked, will join HODL Assets as a co-founder and COO.
  • As the two prepare to launch HODL's NFT platform, Ta will be in charge of forming alliances and adding important features to the company's existing technology.
  • The business is also growing to Durban, South Africa, and the United States.
  • According to HODL Assets CEO Vladimir Schutz, the business is presently working on securing a Series A financing round and will be acquired by a special purpose acquisition company (SPAC) shortly after. “We're presently talking about a few prospective SPAC deals.”
